Dr. Cleary performed robotic surgery to remove me prostate a few months ago. The process from start to finish was flawless. Excellent doctor and highly recommended.

Had prostate cancer. Had to make decision on radiation treatment or surgery. After visit with Dr Cleary felt very comfortable with my choice to have surgery. Surgery went amazingly well and was back to limited work week later. Can't say enough about how good my experience was. Felt completely confident in Dr Cleary. Would highly recommend doctor. A PLUS.

I was diagnosed with a renal tumor for a 2nd time. I was advised to see him based on the re-entry procedure needed .In my opinion, he is a re-entry surgical expert. I was a highly impressed with Dr. Cleary’s knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment needed for the tumor removal; explanation of the laparoscopic procedure; his bedside manners and additional follow up care after the surgical procedure. Dr. Cleary was recommended to me by my regular urologist, Dr. Harban, to perform robotic cystoprostatectomy surgery. Dr. Cleary uses a Da Vinci Robot which is less invasive and has a quicker recovery time. Upon meeting Dr. Cleary for the first time my wife and I knew within 10 minutes he was the surgeon I wanted to do the surgery. He answered all the questions my family and I had about the surgery both before and after the procedure. I was up and walking several hours after the surgery. Dr. Cleary was understanding, sympathetic and professional. On a scale from 1-5 (1-unsatisfactory, 5-Excellent) he is definitely a 5. I would recommend him to anyone who was considering surgery.

Dr. Ryan Cleary was highly recommended to me by another urologist for his robotic surgery skills as I was confronting a cysto-prostatectomy. A patient rarely gets to know his or her surgeon compared to a family doctor. But I became comfortable early on with Dr. Cleary; he projected a genuine caring attitude. I cannot rate his surgical skills, except to say that I was operated on Wednesday and walked out of the hospital on Friday. My recuperation has been continuous and uncomplicated. I would recommend Dr. Cleary to anyone facing urological surgery.

I went to see Dr Cleary for what I thought was a simple problem only to find out that I needed to have my right kidney removed. Dr. Cleary suggested I have robotic surgery. At 65 I was hesitate, but there was just something about Dr Cleary that gave me the upmost confidence in him. He gave me a thorough explanation, listen to me and my concerns and just showed overall compassion. I said "let's do it". At the time I was not having any pain and the surgery was scheduled approximately a month out. All of a sudden, I started experiencing extreme pain and ended up in the emergency room where they gave me some medicine and sent me home. When I contacted Dr. Cleary the next day he did everything to get my surgery moved up and he did. The morning of the surgery he came in and spoke with me and my husband and asked if we had any questions and promised to take good care of me and he did. After the surgery, he came in the same night, to see how I was doing and if I could take a… walk with him down the hall. I said yes I would try. He unhooked me, and with my IV in his one hand and me holding onto his arm we walked the hall, him taking his time and just talking to me, making me feel that I was the only patient he every had. When we got back to the room he walked me over to the window and he stood talking to me as we looked out over the evening. This Dr is truly special. The next morning he was there again to check on me, unhook everything, and to take one more walk around the hallway. Two weeks later, I saw him in his office for him to check me out and he still made me feel like his only patient. I can't say this enough, this is truly a special Dr. Not only is he an excellent surgeon, but he is the most compassionate, caring Dr I have ever met. There is a lot of excellent surgeons out there, but most of them make you feel like you are just another number, in fact you wait for them to holler NEXT, but not this Dr. I would highly recommend him, again not only for his excellent surgery skills, but for his warmth, his compassion and for the way he cares. Thank you Dr. Cleary, you are one of a kind!

I had an adrenalectomy/cyst removal by Dr. Cleary in November 2017. When I first met him I was surprised by how young he was but it did not sway my decision for surgery with him. I felt I was in good hands and he took all the time necessary to explain everything going on and what needed to be done. The day of surgery he came to speak to me before surgery to put any concerns at ease. Surgery went very well and he followed up with me that night in my hospital room. He came in, unhooked me from the IV and all other contraptions, found me a robe to put on and walked the halls with me and my husband. When I was done walking he assisted me back into my bed and hooked everything back up. He came to see me the next morning to make sure everything was still going well so that I could be released. I followed up with him 2 weeks later and he was just as nice and friendly as he was from the start. He took all the time I needed to ask any questions and to go over results. I truly… appreciated the kindness he showed me and for taking the extra steps to do things that he could have asked others to do. He truly is a great doctor.
