Dr. Ryan Lindsay Cooley, MD

Dr. ordered tests. When we received no results of those test we used messaging system to find out why no one had contacted us. As a result we were given treatment options and plan of care via the messaging system. We were not OK with that so we called the office three times and no one called us back. Dr. Cooley then was out on a personal emergency for 3-4 weeks which we completely understand happens, he's human after all. I asked the receptionist who was taking on his patients while he was out and was told his nurse was. She failed to call us back after we made 3 calls to the office to answer our many questions about the suggested treatment options. We found another Dr. I don't know if this is an office procedures problem or a Dr. problem but it is unacceptable.

An excellent physician

Great bedside manner! Always patiently explains everything,answers your questions,talks to you about different options. Honest, not like some doctors,who don't really know what they are talking about,but pretend like they are medical geniuses. Dr. Cooley "keeps up with the progress",learning new techniques and procedures.Definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a specialist in this field,don't even bother seeing anyone else.

While Ryan L. Cooley, MD knows his job as a cardiologist, he doesn't have any idea of what being human is all about. Maybe all the misery he sees has gotten to him. They say the best doctors are the ones with the worst bedside manner. But he is the only one I have ever seen that even fits that description.
