Dr. Ryan Rezkalla Courdy, MD

Ryan Courdy is bad at his job. Very aggressive during visits, gets easily and visibly frustrated by any patient confusion or questions. After a 20 minute session, Dr Courdy came to the conclusion that one of my diagnosis was incorrect. A diagnosis made by a psychiatrist that I'd been seeing for a decade and is on the board for a medical school. I think sutter is playing with fire continuing to employ this person. This guy has to be costing them business. I almost just left the program after talking to him. He's so bad he's driving away business. Lol

I was unfortunately matched with Dr. Ryan Courdy at the Sutter IOP in Sacramento. He was extremely rude to me during our first meeting and show no interest in assisting me during my time in the program. Due to this I could not continue with the evening IOP because he was the only available psychiatrist.

Courdy saw me for a period of two and a half months. Though the medication he prescribed seemed to work, it ultimately left me in a much more depressed state than other medications. He misdiagnosed me, leading to issues seeking treatment. He often forgot my name and details about me. I saw in a Sutter Health program and he never told me his bill would be separate and from his private practice. The result is over 2,000 dollars unpaid that I was not aware was a cost I would accrue
