Dr. Ryan Stuart Drake, DO

I don't understand the negative reviews. I had a great experience at Neurocare. Will continue my care there.

I was quite pleased with the time and attention that Dr. Drake gave me during my recent visits for migraines. He took time before entering the exam room to acquaint himself with my medical history and X-rays. After introducing himself, he intently listened to my health story and we began a good conversation about migraines and what best could be done to treat them. He let me know he was sorry that I was suffering from migraines demonstrating his compassion. Something unique: he dictated my chart notes while still in the exam room with me. His office practice is that patients receive copies of the chart notes which I've not seen before, but appreciated. When I left Dr. Drake's office I really felt that I had a better understanding of migraines and the treatment options available to me. I've been to many, many doctors for my children, parents, and myself and I've worked for doctors before. I wholeheartedly give Dr. Drake a five-star rating for the quality of care he gives patients.

Was at the hospital getting my IvIG( normally given at home by nurse) he decides I’m faking symptoms so to hospital I go. I’m getting treatment start getting my usual migraine I have been telling him I was getting At home he would perscriob lactose ringers. The nurse call tell him I’m throwing up and they need an order for that. He tells the that he never has ordered it. Nurse tells us. My daughter went to his office with two bags of the fluids in hand and ask to speak to nurse. She explains he has always ordered this right on the bag wads where he ordered them. The nurse does not even looks at the bag tell my daughter she don’t know what to tell her. My daughter verupset says to her and tell the nurse you are all idiots here and left. I get a letter a letter saying that I was no longer a patient. Real piece of work !!! Run Run run if you hear his name. He is a worm who thinks he is Gods one and only person in the world. Never runs blood work.

First impressions

this man is on of the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, gave me a rudimentary exam, not remotely what my Dr. asked for. Arrogant, rude and nasty!!! Would not recomend to anybody!!!

I really like this Dr., First let me start off by saying I no more then check in and his nurse briana was calling my name, I wasn't even finished checking in. Love that. Briana was a very nice young lady, by far one of the best nurses I have come across in my years of going to Dr. offices. Dr. Drake was very educational, took the time to explain everything to me,. I found out that they have not only an onsite lab, but in house tests, which makes my life easier. I will continue to here. Thank you Dr. Drake you have a great place of business and amazing staff

Ryan Drake, it an amazing doctor. He is very friendly and professional. He definitely know what he is talking about. He takes the time to make sure I understand the information.

Not sure why all the negative comments concerning dr. Drake. I found him very personable from the time he walked in the door and introduced himself to the time I walked out. He listened and explained everything to me very clearly and was very professional. The staff was great. I would highly recommend Dr. Ryan Drake.

I was referred to Dr. Drake after some vision issues. After looking at my mri he told me I definately had ms. He put me through a battery of tests in one week after telling me my vision may or may not come back.He told me my ms was aggressive with no explanation about what that meant and how it might affect my future. I was terrified. It was awful. He also showed me my mri and explained nothing. When having all of my tests done I discovered that none of the orders for the tests were ever sent. The hospital had to call each time for every procedure. One time it took 3 hours!! I would not recommend Dr. Drake to anyone. I left feeling confused and terrified. When he said said it was ms I felt like I was hit w a ton of bricks , and he had no compassion. I am currently looking for another dr. Never again.

Doctor Ryan Drake is a wonderful nurologist. He is well versed in nurology as well as surrounding fields which is rare. Highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of a nurologist.
