Dr Flannery is always very professional, & at the same time years me as a friend. He always explains what's going on, what we need to get done & how to do it. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Flannery and his staff are excellent, I can not ask for a better doctor. However, the hospital billing department can't get the bills straight. In the past, they have double billed me and now they send me bills for hundreds of dollars 90 days after the fact with no explanation. I paid my copay, why am I getting billed with no explanation???
