I am a new patient and was apprehensive of having to switch doctors after being with the same doctor for over 15 years. Dr. Klitgaard was very attentive and spent the time to go through my medical history with me. I felt like he listened to my concerns and I left with a plan in place. If you are in need of a new doctor, I would highly recommend Dr. Klitgaard!

Smart guy but his questions for me were curious... Asked me if I was ruminating about my healthvcare. Well, since Jan of last year, I've been hospitalized for congestive heart failure and now have 3 cardiologists. I had no idea that I had any heart problems ever since I've never smoked and rarely drink. In any case, I felt like he had read something about me before he came in which took the appointment to an odd place. Otherwise, I think he is knowledgeable and probably ordinarily a great doctor. I am just puzzled as to his quesitons unrelating to the reason I came in - which was for my hand.
