Dr. Ryan Thomas Krafft, DO

I used to like receiving care for my back from Dr Krafft. But when my spinal cord stimulator required removal for a 3rd time I was brushed off by Dr Krafft and his staff. I had made multiple calls weekly with no answers. I finally saw Russel, the rep from Boston Medical and was told my leads were scarred over. Dr Krafft wrote on my paperwork to have Little Rock take care of it. Over a year later I am needing pain management again and was referred to Dr McNelley. I am being told now that I cannot be seen as I cannot swap doctors. I am not swapping doctors, Dr Krafft abandoned me as a patient, I was newly referred over. I will never return to this clinic as long as Dr Krafft is there. I will travel 3 hours to Little Rock for care. 100% unprofessional.

Being fat is not the only reason I have pain and yet according to Dr. Kraft it is. Maybe if he had actually checked me out he might have noticed swelling in my joints. I left in tears because he basically told me he won't help me. Really quiet sad I battle with depression already thankfully medicated for it otherwise his treatment may have pushed me over the edge.

Seen Dr. Ryan Krafft today in his Mountain Home office... I would NOT recommend seeing this man if you have any real pain. He would not listen to what I say and basically told me that ALL of my doctors (that are really helping me) are wrong and don't know what they are doing or how to treat me. His ideal for treating me is to take away my medicines. My conditions are incurable ... User beware

Rude and heartlesd

These days he seems more about his bottom line than taking care of his patients. 5 minutes isn't enough to even examine a person. I heard him when they called me back in the background say "what does she want". I had a fall and was at the ER which told me to follow up with him asap. Staff is overworked but still very nice. He doesn't have empathy.

Spent like 5 minutes with me. Said my pain wasn't chronic. Told I had to go off my other meds to getpain meds. Said if they find any of the medicine in my system he won't help me anymore. Thinks he's god.

I just want to say from the get go that the staff was amazing, they worked very hard to get me in for an appointment they are friendly and to be honest one of the friendliest doctors office I’ve ever been to. Now Dr Krafft is a very caring Dr , he listened to everything me and my husband said he examined me and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more happy with the way I’ve been treated and am very happy that Dr Krafft and his staff will be taking great care of me. Thank you to all of them??????

I had a rhizotomy at another doctor before and was begging for mercy. I was amazed at how much better Dr. Krafft was at making it a “not so bad” experience. He seems like he knows his stuff to me. I am thankful I have him for a Doctor and my pain is kept in check. He seems to listen to my concerns and we make choices about my health together. I’m not in near as much pain as I was when I started seeing him.

Does not believe in Fibromyaglia. Dismissive of other Doctors diagnosis. No sink in exam room. Bikini clad mags on exam table....Unprofessional!

This dr judged me based on my age. He is so uncaring and the worse dr by far i have ever met!!!! He does not care!
