The opposite of a medical mill, Dr. Kramer takes the time needed with each patient. His knowledge and level of care are outstanding.

Takes time to do things right. Talks with you rather than at you. A doctors doctor. I have been going to Dr. Kramer for almost 2 years now. The best doctor I have ever had.

I would rate my overall visit very well. However, for a 30 minute physical that I went in for- me and my insurance company were charged for TWO office visits and labwork. The labwork I was prepared for, however, two office visits was ridiculous- charged 300$ for 30 minute office visit for a physical. Called in to try and resolve the issue- was put through the phone call maze (4 times!) and waited 3 weeks to hear nothing back from them. Called in again upset, finally they decided that no, they absolutely wont change their billing. Absolutely unprofessional.
