Dr. Ryan Oertell Lakin, MD

I also had Dr. Lakin twice as my C& P, and both times, he barely examined me, not even teh basic level of exam, he actually said I had no case, as exam started, asked no questions and did less than minimum standard of exam and finished in less than 10 minutes. Basically dismissed me out of hand. He remembered me from my exam for flat feet and which was later approved after his denial.So I'm certain that was the basis for this incomplete exam, for my TMJD with Bruxism secondary to Tinnitus,which he also misrepresented evidence on. Being a female disabled veteran,I get this requently, so I always take in a witness to exams.

I believe, Dr Lakin does not provide basic minimal standard of care when conducting my Examination. His misrepresentation on my medical findings shows deception. I feel I was discriminated against because I’m a black female disabled Veteran. IF YOUR A VETERAN PLEASE GET A COPY OF YOUR EXAMINATION THROUGH THE VA. See if Lakin’s results are based on medical facts or fiction from some other motivation.

Missed a condition that was found by another doctor. Do not see him if you need an exam!
