Hi, I am Ryan and I am looking forward to working with you in the future!, I am a Master's level psychotherapist. I am experienced working with diverse populations within the community. I have a background in dual diagnosis, trauma, veteran/military, serious mental illness, crisis, working with children/adolescents, and general therapy. I have completed a Bachelor's in Psychology with a concentration in addiction. Do you need a neutral person to listen to your life experiences and/or provide feedback? One of my greatest curiosities are the inner workings of the human being. I enjoy collaborating with individuals to discovery goals, strengths, and values framed within each persons unique experience. Together we can explore your past experiences and current patterns. Small adjustments can lead to big change! I utilize a variety of approaches to develop acceptance, mindfulness, life skills, and challenge habits that sometimes get in our way. I approach therapy with an idea of unifying …our hearts and minds that each person my find the peace they seek.
