Dr. Ryan L Mcmillen, MD

Trying to get in touch with anyone in the office is almost non existent. My husband had a follow up with Dr. McMillen for suture removal and was charged for an office visit. Tried to speak to somebody about the situation for over a year to no avail and then was turned over to a Collection Agency. Finally spoke to the Office Manager who told me a question was asked regarding the same surgery foot but did not pertain to surgery so was considered another office visit. Was so surprised because did not know when you have a conversation in a Dr office you had to be very careful as to not discuss certain things. Asked to have Dr. McMillen call me and am still waiting. Have left the practice mostly because of the office staff. Sad! 2 stars only because Dr. McMillen is a nice person.
