Dr. Ryan Molli, DO

Pathetic excuse for a doctor. STAY AWAY he put my implant in at the wrong angle, my knee dislocated after surgery and his second surgery caused my tibia to fracture in 3 places, then my knee cap fractured and tore my quadricep. I had a REAL DOCTOR do a complete revision in Pittsburgh and he showed me every mistake. All he did was brag brag about how many knees he does and how he and his practice are the orthopedic gods of NWPA. He destroyed my left leg forever and I know he’s done it to others. His Corvette is more important than his patients.

Wholehealth Orthopedic Institute and Dr. Molli are aces in my book. Prior to my hip replacement there was great care and council to show me the severity of my arthritis and an assurance of success and a return to truly, whole health. The team was tremendous and the surgery a true success. Dr Molli was great as the physician and his ongoing concern for my recovery to the fullest success possible was apparent. At three months, nearly whole! At six months, bring it on!!! As we talked about changes and the pain free aspect of playing golf again, he was surprised to hear of my handicap improvement of ten strokes, sub par rounds of golf and my first hole in one. Add in that my biking has resulted in pain free rides of over twenty miles and I truly have been blessed with a successful outcome. All I can express is my gratitude and offer prayers for continued success of this practice. Blessings always!!!

From the time I stepped foot into Dr Molli's office The first time, I knew I was in good hands. I had put off a hip replacement for way too long. I had been to three other surgeons and was feeling anything but comfortable about it. And then there was Dr Molli. All of the staff is so professional. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr Molly is top notch professional, he also answered all the questions, all the concerns, and was very thorough. I highly recommend him if you have hip or knee issues. He called me the day before my procedure to ask if I had any questions before my surgery. The day of my surgery he took my hand and prayed with me. Seriously, who does that? I'm telling you this man is truly a blessing to the orthopedic community! I cannot thank him enough for giving me my life back. I could barely walk at my first appointment. I am 7 weeks post-op and I am pain-free, limp-free, and doing all the things that I have been missing out on the last 3 years!! And all… the glory goes to him and his amazing staff.

Whole Health Orthopedic Institute, Dr Molli, and the entire team deliver a 5 star experience! All three offices in Erie, Meadville, and the surgery center all work seamlessly in their unified goals to patient outcomes. They clearly have a strong commitment to patient education. Dr Molli’s mastery of the direct anterior approach for hip replacement made sense to me. Arthritic pain relief was almost immediate. Used a walker to leave the surgery center, but didn’t need walker/cane/pain meds by second day. Highly recommend Dr Molli and this group for your orthopedic concerns!

I got my knee replaced 08/16/23 and I was back on the pickleball courts on 10/16/23 !! It is all due to Dr. Molli and his team. I received wonderful care and attention. All my questions answered, all my concerns were addressed immediately. I was a concierge patient and will definitely do that again when it comes time to replace my other knee. I even healed with hardly a scar. Thank you Dr. Molli and everyone on your team and in your office.

Per my observations, experiences and recent Total Knee Arthroplasty directly relating Dr. Philip Frndak and Dr. Ryan Molli’s organization – Whole Health Orthopedic Institute, it is my firm belief that the organization in its entirety has coalesced into what I truly believe is a World Class organization. Since some may view that statement as lofty, I believe it may be potentially beneficial to elucidate on my perspective and background so-as to provide some basis for that belief. Although I have recently retired from a large international subsea oil equipment manufacturer, I have been afforded the continued emeritus status of Chief Electronic Systems Architect & Technology Fellow in perpetuity. It was in 2013 that I was selected for one of the 9 inaugural positions of Technology Fellows out of over 10,000 Engineers and Scientists that worked for the company worldwide. By virtue of being one of the Technology Fellows for the company, I had the honor of working, observing and… collaborating with some of the greatest minds in their respective fields around the world. Although in many of these relationships I was not the Subject Matter Expert, the commonality of these groups and individuals became quite evident regarding their professionalism, effectiveness and success. These individuals and groups displayed keen depth of knowledge, thoroughness, passion for their work, willingness (if not insistence) to educate, explain and listen all the while adjusting to the level of their audience, openness to diversity, continuous self-education, self-motivation, collaboration, confidence, congratulatory and uplifting demeanors. These are just some of the virtuous attributes surroundings these people. These same attributes are what I have observed from Dr. Frndak and every one of the plethora of team members throughout the organization that I have had the honor to meet and collaborate whether in the Meadville office, Edgewood Surgical Hospital or Erie office. Finding, assembling and nurturing such a vast caliber of people into a cohesive, synergistic and effective whole is NOT a small feat. Dr. Frndak and Dr. Molli, as well as everyone in the organization, should feel very proud of what has been collectively accomplished – It is surely an honor well deserved. I, as a member of this community, thank all of them for bringing this World Class organization to fruition in this region. It is my hope that everyone in the organization know that their efforts are appreciated and recognized.

I have been a patient for about two years. I was seeing Julia, a PA in Erie for injections. When I made the decision for surgery, everything moved along quickly. We did participate in the concierge option. We were so grateful for that option, this option did bump my surgery a few months but that was not the only benefit. My husband and I chose this option because it was best for us. I believe everyone, concierge or not, receives the best medical treatment from Whole Health JRI. Everyone I encountered was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you all, Dr Molli and staff in all three locations, Meadville, Erie and Transfer. I had a wonderful experience and sincerely thank you all.

I had a partial knee replacement 3 months ago and couldn't be more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Molli, his office and the surgery center. From the first visit to the office I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. It was top notch. Everyone has a job to do and they work as a team to see that once you select your surgery date everything set up for you. It was such a pleasure to work with highly qualified staff. It took the stress out of getting ready for my surgery. The day of the surgery I was very impressed with the surgery center. Again we were in the hands of highly qualified and caring employees from registration to everyone we came in contact with. The atmosphere of the surgery center was very relaxed and claiming and very professional. It was amazing I could go home the same day. My recovery was easier than I had anticipated. I was impressed by my range of motion and my ability to move around after 3 weeks. I would highly… recommend Dr. Molli and his team. They are highly dedicated to patient care before and after your surgery.

Had a hip replacement was skeptical to have it until I met with Doctor Molli the whole experience was amazing . Walked out the day of the surgery with a walker . The team was right on and very professional. 5 stars are not enough!!

Dr Molli and his entire staff are true professionals. I went from needing a walker on March 22nd to walking out of Edgewood on the 23rd barely using a cane. 3 months out and I'm doing great.. but like Dr Molli says.. this is a marathon... not a sprint... 40 weeks until total healing..
