NEGLIGENT !!!!!! I check into emergency rm on 9-16 with severe stomach pain and shortness of breath and with a request of CT Scan by my gastroenterologist and Dr Murphy was my DR 5 hours later he said my blood work was perfect No need for ct scan and discharged me? he never read my blood work I was anemic and now 4 months later I am a patient at Moffitt Cancer in Tampa? Thank you so much Dr Murphy for your negligence you really should be fired!!!!!!!"

Dr. Ryan Murphy’s level of care exceeded, my expectations. From the moment of introduction to the time I was discharged he and staff were caring, attentive and professional. My personal request to the budgeting department: With hopes this get read by the team: Please consider reallocate funds, in order to ensure each of your ER medical staff are supplied with top level PPO. Many citizens lives have been saved at the hands of your ER team. There heroism I hope will be reflected. Thank you doctor and staff!!!

He calmed us down, explained the problem clearly...we left feeling educated & pleased with our ER experience at Valley. thank you!
