I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Ryan Owen's' efforts to resolve the issues that I had. After almost 4 months of not being able to hear from double ear infection, he took my concerns, seriously and developed a treatment plan on the spot. He was able to work with Dr. Doellman to do in office tube placements in my ears to help resolve the issues I have been having. I appreciate the depth of his examination and the depth of his concern for what I have been enduring over the last few months. He truly worked to resolve the hearing issues I was having, keeping me involved and informed in treatment options and care. He took the time to explain everything and showed great concern for me as a patient.

Ryan puts me at ease as soon as he walks through the exam door. He explains what he's going to do. I always know that I will be treated respectfully.
