Dr. Ryan Petersen, has the best bedside manor that I have ever witnessed in my many years having to spend at Mercy Medical for my severe Kidney Stone issues. He even called my cell phone the next day to check in on me ! seriously? what a great Doctor! makes his patients feel like they were genuinely cared for. was talking to my co worker and he had called her today to check in on her because she was at mercy over the weekend which lead me to write this review we were both ridiculously pleased !

I have spent the last few months in extreme lower back pain with a primary physician who wouldn't listen to me. My husband and I ended up having to go to mercy er because I have progressively gotten worse to the point I couldn't walk anymore. Dr. Peterson was a wonderful Doctor who not only listened to me but also explained that what was going with my back was not good at all. He took over my pain management and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. He explained that he would make sure that I got a referral to my neurologist to try and get me in to surgery as soon as possible as this was the only option I have left. If he was a primary physician we would be taking our whole family to him. He is an amazing doctor and really made my husband and myself feel rest assured that we were in good hands. Saying thank you just doesn't seem like enough but we are very grateful to him.

Being a woman that has taken care of everyone else when I found myself in trouble I was concerned of course. Being treated at the ER at Mercy was a very good experience. I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Petersen. They took very good care of me. I can't say the same for Shaw Heart Center but they know how I feel about them. lol Again, thank you Dr. Petersen and the staff for making me feel safe and secure while in your hands.

he was very unprofesional, laughed in my wifes face when she explained her problems,when she was so upset that she just wanted to leave he laughed again and said that was fine.she said that was by far the worst person she has ever met.maybe to some hes ok, but to us he was trash.
