My daughter has had a confirmed spine condition for years that has slowly gotten worse. She ended up being in so much pain that she scheduled an appointment with her Dr. When she went to the appt in tears she was told she wouldn't see her Dr (whom she was scheduled with) instead she would see the PA. Ryan Prebble told her that he couldn't do anything until she does PT first. She can barely hold her child and he said she has to do PT. He said insurance won't cover an MRI until PT was done, which she had already done. I told her to ask him what to do until then. The nurse went to ask him, and right on the other side of the door he said "there is no red flags and nothing wrong with the girl!" He said this to where my crying daughter could hear. This momma bear called the office a week ago and left a message with the manager who has never returned our calls. Therefore, a nice review is being made to encourage others to steer clear."
