I left this visit with less confidence in the documentation than in the actual care. The provider note states that I had hyperkalemia and transaminitis, yet my labs showed low potassium and normal liver enzymes. I was also discharged with ibuprofen despite his final assessment leaning toward gastritis, a condition that NSAIDs can worsen. Mistakes in medical documentation are not minor issues. Future providers rely on these records when making treatment decisions. Patients should be able to trust that their chart accurately reflects their test results and diagnosis.

I'm a 41yo college grad and I know what menstrual cramps feel like and where my uterus is, this man didn't think so. I told him I'd been in excruciating pain and vomiting for hours and acetaminophen wasn't helping. He insisted he do things 'in a step-wise manner'. Well, according to him acetaminophen is step 1 and DIDN'T WORK. I was crying in the fetal position and he kept rudely telling me to sit up like I was being dramatic. I'm planning a partial hysterectomy the pain is so severe. Never did get any help, not even Meloxicam or similar.
