I had to wait 3 months just to be seen for my initial appointment which I understand but the girls in the office lost my file which pushed my appt back close to 4 months. From my first visit they scheduled me close to 4 months out which is extremely too long for someone like me who has been paralyzed twice since 2019. You LITERALLY cant get thru on the phone to talk to ANYONE!! One day I called for 6 hrs straight,close to 50 calls and STILL didn't get thru. My last appt the Dr had a family emergency & I saw the female practitioner. She was extremely unprofessional, chomping on her bubble gum , crossed leg on the exam table after waiting over 2 hrs to be seen. She at least gave me some anti inflammatory meds after 7 months of no help! Had an appt today which got canceled again! Have tried a dozen times to call to reschedule but only to get a busy signal or hung up on after the first ring. I have a TON of other health issues so the last thing I need to be doing is to take HOURS and… energy I don't have to call my neurologist just trying to reschedule an appointment that THEY cancelled!!! If you are looking for communication and help in a timely manner, I would keep on looking for another Dr, otherwise you will feel like you are calling a radio station trying to win a million dollars
