Doctor Soose was almost dismissive in making sure that he got me out of the office as quickly as possible. He talked with me in what was obviously a rote manner that he uses on volumes of patients. He committed to following up with me and providing me with medication and failed to do either. I called his office multiple times, each time entering UPMC's hellish phone system which routed me in circles and made it impossible to talk with anybody who matters. I will tell everyone I can about this terrible experience that crystalizes the worst of modern medicine and UPMC.

Dr. Soose gave me a prescription to help with my sleep problem which has helped me to sleep better.
