Dr. Tyner is a great doctor/surgeon. I had the "sleeve" surgery and it was a success. He is truly excited for me to see the results of his work. He has a great bedside manner also. Not bad on the eyes either. He takes the time to explain things to you as a person who might not understand everything. He gives great clarification when asked questions before and after surgery.

Dr. Tiner scores a 15 on a 1-10 scale.Best surgeon one can find and his bedside manner is outstanding--brilliant but down to earth without a drop of arrogance.

I came to Dr. Tyner following a less than satisfactory experience with another surgeon. Unlike my first surgeon, who couldn't spend the time to adequately explain my surgical procedure or return my call when I had questions later, Dr. Tyner took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions clearly and concisely and gave me multiple contacts by which I could reach him at ANY TIME! He treated me as he would his own family following up with me daily post surgery and even caring enough to call me at home the moment he got my pathology report even though he was heading into surgery at the time! There may be a lot of good surgeons out there but, finding a good surgeon that is also a good caring doctor, I think, is more rare. Dr.Tyner is one of those rare doctors.

Dr. Tyner was very caring and attentive. He spent a long time explaining my condition and options for surgical treatment. His bedside manner is comforting and I was very satisfied with my surgical outcome.
