Dr. Ryan Lloyd Waddell, DO

I am very disappointed with the care that my dad has received from the doctor and the office. They have not been helpful or caring. What doctor sends a PA to give the family news about tests. The PA gave my dad and his family news that was untruthful. The report delayed getting him into the cancer center. We as a family had to go through the back door to get in with an oncologist sooner. At that visit we found the truth that the cancer was everywhere. She showed us the same PET scan and was very honest about prognosis. Dad has stage 4 lol no cancer. It has spread to the brain. He was diagnosed recently with pneumonia and having trouble breathing. Waddell and his office will not help us or try to help make my dad's life easier. We have asked for oxygen but they want and demand we bring him in for a walking test. My dad is not able. My sister asked for them to send home health to evaluate him. Again absolutely not. I hate to think that money has been made to be more important than a… patient. It should be common sense that a patient with stage 4 lung cancer needs oxygen. My dad or his family are not asking for narcotics, we are only asking for a little courtesy. Personally I would not recommend this doctor or office.

Dr. Waddell is the best doctor I have ever seen. He cares about his patients. He not only takes the time to listen, but to ask if you understand each point he goes over and gives you the opportunity to ask questions. He has exceptional bedside manner and always thinks of his patients first. He will spend as much time with you as needed. He goes out of his way to do everything he can for you medically. You will not find a better doctor anywhere, hands down.

hire staff that is both emphatic and follows protocols

Dr. Waddell is an excellent doctor. He takes time to explain if you have questions. If I am sick and call his office his staff makes an appointment for the next day to see the doctor. Dr. Waddell and his staff provide excellent care and make you feel comfortable for every visit. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Waddell as my doctor.

I have received better care from wadell than anyone else I recommend him
