Dr. Ryan William Felix

Dr. Flex correctly diagnosed my condition within one appointment time, when others did not. I don’t what bedside manners, I want direct conversations, and that what Dr. Flex has brought to me. I’m lucky I found him.

I'm concerned with Dr Felix and his bedside manner. After reading his profile and the reason he chose to work in pain mgt as his profession, I feel perhaps he forgot his mission. He treats my elderly mother who suffers from 2 significant & debilitating autoimmune diseases. These cause her such pain there are days she is unable to do anything and her quality of life has declined. I understand the need to be careful with addictive medication, however; changing medications aggressively without appropriate consideration for how to help her through it is irresponsible. A pt shouldn't have to go to the ER because the pain is not controlled. This is irresponsible of him & I am not okay with this provider making assumptions based on his own "thoughts" about those on pain medication. My mom relies on medication but certainly does not abuse it. Pts should not have to ration out their meds in fear of hurting. Shame on you Dr. Felix. Not all are drug seekers like you make them feel.

Unfortunately, I cannot read all the reviews that has been previously written. Had I'd know, I would have run from this doctor, and would have never returned. I was amazed with the doctor did his exam, as I was in pain that day and told him DO NOT press my fingers. He did of course, which put me in more pain...about three days worth. I have severe nerve damage. Anyway, I was shirtless for the exam, and as he was talking to me, he seemed as if he was in a hurry to leave. It seemed to me that his 10-minute limit was nearing. I've yet to meet any doctor that didn't seem to care about his patience. He literally was with me for about 7 minutes max. He did refer me out, like he did others that have left posts about Dr. Felix. Oh, one other thing that angered me; I didn't know if he was done with the exam, so I asked as he was walking out, can I put my shirt on? I got no response. So I asked again, can I put my shirt on? His response, "Sure, whatever, I don't care." I was astounded. Anyway,… I will be happy when I'm done with him. He's sad, just sad.

This Dr. Overcharged My insurance for Nothing He Claimed He Did Test & Exams That he did not. I've Seen Him 3 Time's & All He Does Is Refer you Out . You Wait Past Your Appt. time, get weighed & Vitals Then Seen For 10 min. And released. He Doesn't Do Anything for Pain Just A Quick buck & First Thing Is Surgery Out Of His Mouth I Provided My Medical Records & MRI To Prove & Provide Information On My Condition And That Was Still Overlooked. Not Even An Ibuprofen 800 mg. Very unsatisfied he can even see the pain im in and all he can say is follow up with me. For What.i am doing a self discharge. He ordered an mri his office sent me to a place not in my network + didn't provide the correct Insurances information when notified them they said they would let the dr. Know and never heard anything back i informed him at the appt. And he said he would check into it. I got a $1,300.00 bill from him for nothing my Nuero had my mri done and his 1 on 1 hour visit only cost me $340.00 follars.… Think 2× before seeing this dr. Unless u want to waste time & money to get you no whee.
