He did my surgery in 2013 n 2015 great bedside manners n caring doctor. Nurses at Fairview hospital raveD how nice n polite he is.

This doctor lead my treatment through a very difficult time of my life, would chose him all over again.

2016 - Clev Clinic - There was a lady in the room specifically to monitor him, but that did not stop Williams from verbally and physically humiliating me during my exam (post-PET, Stage 3 cancer, looking for origin site). That was a Friday afternoon. I had a pre-scheduled a colonoscopy with Williams for Monday, because he was the only colorectal doctor at Avon OH location. I went ahead with it, and there were suspicious practices and at least one surgical error during colonoscopy - documentation of which has been altered in MyChart. Per Williams' replacement at Avon, Clinic doctors usually send the colonoscopies to an outside clinic. Now we know why "Dr." Williams preferred to do the colonoscopies himself. This man should not be a doctor.

I had C.Diff and had formed an abscess and fistula. He did rectal surgery on me. I had to go to his office later on, to have the packing removed & an exam by him. As soon as I went in, I was already in SEVERE pain and asked him to give me local anesthesia prior to doing anything at the incisional site. He refused. I pleaded. He refused and proceeded to grab the packing (roughly), yank it out, then, with no K.Y. Jelly on his glove, shoved 2 fingers up into me to do a "digital exam", I literally almost flew off the table and screamed in pain. He was nonchalant and he told me, not to worry, it would soon be over. I was just a few days post-op. He was cruel and he KNEW he was hurting me. Didn't matter. I did not like him and still don't. He had the power.-- I didn't and it ticks me off even today.......... NO I do not recommend him--OR some of his rude staff.

Ryan Williams MD is accused by 2 patients of inserting his penis in their rectums. One was drugged prior. It is not reported if there are anymore victims. The Cleveland Clinic continued his practice of medicine, possibly not only raping patients but perhaps spreading diseases. The Clinic did nothing to report his actions, but covered up for him. This is not world class care, as advertised by the Cleveland Clinic. It is a major disappointment of a previously respected facility.

I have been going to him for years, usually on a weekly basis. If you're looking for a doctor that will let you stretch out and relax, he's the guy. Ask him about the happy ending, you won't regret it!

Compassionate, well experienced in his field, wonderful bedside manner... He found my condition early, took appropriate action to cure my disease and save my life. This involved him doing several surgeries and recommending other plans of care involving other departments. Throughout the 4 years of treatment I was totally satisfied with all aspects of his care and looked forward to appointments with him. I would recommend him to any adult with a genuine problem that needs to be taken care of. I would return to him in an instant, my life is normal once again because I could trust this wonderful surgeon.

The best at his specialties, I appreciate his direct responses . If I could have only one doctor, he would be that man.

Dr. Williams saw me one time, advised me we needed to take immediate action, when the results came in we realized additional action was necessary. Dr. Williams showed a sense of urgency for my situation however at all times made me feel comfortable that we were catching it early enough that I could live a long healthy life. He has an amazing bed side manner and his sense of humor puts every one at ease. He's dealing with very sticky situations but handles them with grace and dignity. I would recommend Dr. Ryan Williams to anyone in need.
