Took lengthy amt of time (like 4+wks) to get just first appt to evaluate & review my muscle spasticity & tightness (which affects the movements in my shoulder, arm, & hand). I had been having botox injections (every 3 mos for more than 1-1/2 yrs already) from a doctor in GB & wanted to get my treatments closer to my home. Had all records sent from prev dr & explained & filled out extensive paperwk ahead, no prob....but still had to be "rushed thru the necessary eval appt day" required BEFORE any botox injections....then had to wait another 3-4 wks additional to get in for the actual first botox injections!!!! Making the use of my arm & hand extremely difficult, if not impossible. His nurse was training someone this day & he was running very behind....didn't even feel like I could even get a "feel" for his personality---spent more time with his nurse (which by the way, was very short & crabby this day). Wasn't impressed on this first appt at all....it took me longer to get ready & get… to/from this appt than the actual appt time spent on my "eval appt supposedly required before getting any botox injections". Also, was never advised he "shares" the equipment inside the AMC hospital & the botox injections are not given in the same ofc I saw him in on the eval appt...nor that I'd have to register in the outpatient area of AMC....nor that the botox area was way on the other side of the hospital. NOTE: All my star rankings are based on the above info listed in review...2nd botox appt was slightly better on bedside manner than 2 stars listed.

Very Kind & Courteous. Explained the procedure thoroughly. Spent a little over an hour doing the procedure & answering all my questions. Did not need a follow up visit.
