Rylan Hellstern, LMFT

Rylan Hellstern is a behavioral health provider who specializes in integrated, family-centered care. Originally from Logan, Utah, he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University and later completed his PhD in Medical Family Therapy at East Carolina University.
Rylan is passionate about expanding access to mental healthcare for underserved communities and believes strongly in a holistic, biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to health. He strives to create welcoming spaces where patients can come as they are and work toward meaningful goals. He recently completed a fellowship in family medicine education at St. Mary’s Family Medicine and has been active with the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association, contributing to efforts that improve policies and workflows for family-centered care.
Rylan is a proud father of two daughters and a mini goldendoodle. Outside of work, he enjoys lap swimming and spending …time outdoors with his family.
