Dr. Saaket Gupta, MD

Dr. Gupta is a nice guy. However it is like pulling teeth to get an answer out of him. He is very wishy washy on tough subjects with no definitive answers unless you keep pestering. My parents trust him that is the only reason they are still there. Office staff is horrible and can't get messages correct or phone numbers or contact info correct even after 3 months or dealing with a place. Then they call the wrong numbers and cancel appointments and send an 80+ year back to the assisted living without being seen, again. Very unprofessional and only give excuses to next of kin and blame the other person. Horrible office practice.

He will not help you if you are in pain. He just tells you to deal with it. A doctor should care about people and have compassion. He is like talking to a robot. He rarely makes eye contact with you and just keeps his head down in his papers. very awkward experience. I went elsewhere for help and suggest you do the same

He is wonderful with my elderly mother...so patient and kind. He, himself, returned a phone call when I called about questions about my mother's medications. (I have Power of Attorney). Just scheduled new patient visits for my 19 and 20 year old children with him. Highly recommend.

We have since switched to another provider and you should too if you are using this physician. He detected something, decided to perform an incremental blood test and never told us. We only found out when the bill came and when we questioned him, he had no care in the world to explain why the potential issue was not discussed, why he did not request permission to perform the blood test. Total lack of caring and information sharing with the most important person ... the patient!

I LIKE, Him I fIND him kind, caring,and concerned. He SEEMS TO have the right answers to my Health,Concerns.

I've consulted with Dr Gupta for three to four years and I highly recommend him for his skills as a physician and his care for his patients. He is never too busy to help or to explain. Excellent.
