Dr. Saakwa Mante, MD

The doctor seemed disorganized and would turn back and forth with notebook pages he used to get the history and nature of the problem.

I felt marginalize throughout the entire visit. He did not listen to what I was saying and wrote down only one of the many symptoms I described. He said he only tests for allergies if someone experiences anaphylactic shock and it would look bad for him if he has a false positive. I asked for tips to figure out what would be causing my symptoms as they seem to appear after I eat and he said to go see someone else to treat the skin symptoms. He would not acknowledge any other symptoms I mentioned and implied I was making things up. He was very obviously not concerned with my wellbeing, seemed annoyed that I was asking questions, and repeatedly said he only works with someone who would need an epipen. Had I known this, I would not have scheduled the visit. Would highly advise against visiting unless you need an epipen. Even then, I personally would look for another provider that is more concerned with patient wellbeing than how cases look for his career record.

Dr is a very sweet man but he is very frustrating because I feel like he asks same questions over and over and you don't really get a good answer. As with previous comments above he does spend a lot of time with you but because he is asking same question. Frankly wish we went to another dr!

Overall my experience was good. There must have been some sort of emergency because I had to wait in the office forever. But once we were back there, Dr. Mante was very caring and spent enough time to explain everything.

Very helpfull

Doctor is very helpful and thorough. He was also very courteous.

Seems to always go over the same things, with little or not advise as to making my infant more comfortable or better......going to another doctor.
