Dr. Saba Sohail Noor, MD

Have left several messages, and nobody returns calls.

Waited 2 hours in waiting room. They kept saying "we're waiting on a room. You're next." When they called the "next" person, it wasn't the patient they said "you're next" to. It was another patient who came in after. Patient inquired about when they would be called in. They kept saying "we're waiting on a room". They had a room for everybody else who was coming in after, but not for the patient who had been waiting for 2 hours.

This "doctor" is totally out of touch with her patients. I have been seen there many times. However in one occasion i did some lab work and waited at home for over one week. My health got worse. I called the doctor only to find out that i had UTI. The staff and the doctor did not communicate the results, and i almost ended up in the emergency. The second time i had an ultrasound done. For more that a month no one called me. I had to go to the doctor's office. The doctor refused to see me and the staff laughed at me. I understand i needed a follow up but no one called me. I warn every citizen to avoid going to this clinic. This doctor doesn't understand the American customer service. She operates in a different world. This is now a law suite.

I am shocked to read all the derogatory comments in this website about Dr. Noor. I have been her patient for years and I have not had any issues with her at all. Her staff on the other end is a different story , but I cannot grade her based on her staff performs. She has great bedside manners, she keeps her appointment times, every time I needed a last minute appointment she hasn't turned me down. She sees my husband too, and he likes her very much so as well. Please keep all you hateful comments about her religious background and dress code away from her professional performance. I read a couple of terrible reviews of people saying Dr. Saba Noor was "afraid to touch the male patients". I am a male, and she never acted fearful of me. Yes, she is Muslim and wears a hijab, so what. If you have issues with that, too bad for you. I have been a patient of both her and Dr. Sohail Noor for years, and they are both terrific.

a year ago I went to see Dr Noor for joint pain in my upper body, swollen hands and feet. I had no high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol or headaches. She knew right away what kind of tests I needed. The next visit she said it might be something serious. She gave me like 3 different diagnosis but referred me to a specialist. Thanks to her prompt request I was able to find out what I have and follow treatment. My only complaint I had is the staff was not so kind in my first and second visits ( for instance, staff gave wrong address for my specialist and ended almost not seeing that doctor) but I think they are better now..they seem to put more effort to their jobs, probably is a new staff. Anyways thank you so much Dr Noor!! :)

I waited days for a referral and never got one. Nursing staff is very rude, and would not return calls.

Disliked that she did not give thorough examination, leaving all my husband's clothes on for his initial exam. Would not examine his diabetic feet when I told her he had problems. Disliked that she covered 95% of her own body (some face & fingers exposed) and acted fearful to touch him or make eye contact w either of us. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
