Dr Hamad has the bedside manner of a mafia boss. She speaks too quickly and in terms that suit her, not her audience. That being mentioned, her knowledge and skills are impeccable. She came highly recommended by a trusted and successful fertility specialist. If you can manage to overlook her lack of effective communication you will see a kind, compassionate, passionate professional.

Excellent knowledgeable doctor. Had surgery 10 years ago and have rechecks with her. I like that Dr. Hamad is thorough and doesn't leave anything behind. She covers all her bases and is very thorough. Helps me sleep at night having breast cancer in my family.

Dr. Hamad put me at ease the day I called to schedule my initial appointment. Her staff informed me when I called that she may do a biopsy the day of my appointment if she feels the need. She did just that on my first visit. I was in and out with no wait time. She explained everything to me and even though I had a lump in both breast she gave immediate attention where needed. I was able to be seen for follow up within 7 days. The biopsy came back and I was in the clear. The next steps were explained and we moved on to the next lump on that day. She was able to do a biopsy and again back with in 7 days. But this time a core biopsy was requested and again she was able to do on the spot. I will say I never left confused and she will not waste your time. She has a way of putting you at ease with her words. I always felt like my health was her concern not money or time. I went to another well known practice prior to Dr. Hamad. I was made to feel like both lumps were nothing to be concerned… about just leave and they would check in 6 months. But Dr. Hamad put me right at ease. I'm so thankful for private practice care. Let's support private practice.

Dr, Hamad is an excellent breast cancer surgeon whose top priority is the well being of her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone with a potential diagnosis of breast cancer. While she may appear speedy and abrupt to some, she is efficient and to the point. After telling me that my biopsy results were cancerous, instead of handing me a tissue and allowing me to wallow in self pity and then sending me home to worry for weeks about what to do next, she said my cancer, while rare, was very treatable and handed me a schedule of visits over the next five days to have an MRI, and speak to an oncologist, radiation oncologist and reconstructive surgeon. The next week I was back in her office as a well informed patient who understood all of my options for treatment. She answered my questions and we made our decision for treatment. I was never rushed to make a decision, but never set in limbo for weeks like so many folks that I have spoken with seem to have done. I am now a 5… year survivor and know after talking to many other cancer survivors that I could not have received better treatment anywhere else. She is kind, considerate and funny and spent her own personal time to get the insurance company to cover critical testing that had initially denied. I have come to know her well over the past 5 years and greatly respect her for her skills and dedication to her patients. My surgical experiences with her were excellent and my scarring was minimal thanks to her skills. She moves quick, but takes the time where it matters most, taking care of her patients.

The staff here are very nice and courteous, but Dr. Hamad did not impress me at all. She was short with me and very jumpy and I did not feel comfortable at all. She made several condescending remarks about not even being able to find the lump and seemed surprised that I would find two failed FNA procedures painful. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I was so nervous when I first saw Dr.Hamad, but she immediately put me at ease. She spent time with me answering all my questions, no matter how silly. She had an ability to put me at ease and relax me, so that I could ask her my questions and talk freely. I've not been to a doctor that made me feel as comfortable as her. She has an awesome bedside manner and she's very competent as well. I was VERY impressed!!! I'm recommending her to all of my friends.

Dr Hamad is the most caring and competent surgeon I've ever known. I'm so lucky she's my surgeon.
