Dr. Sabena Toor, MD

She is an absolutely horrible human being. She is constantly (and sometimes I feel like knowingly) double-booking and charging patients. There was a point in time where I was getting emails and calls from the medical biller we had asked if the patient paid in office as well because they had already paid their bill. She is relentless when telling employees to push their expensive vitamins even when the patient clearly states they aren't interested. She yells and curses at employees, her own or others. She doesn't know how to do an array of basic tests on her own. She is a scammer who only cares about having "VIPs" or a high-end clientele. Don't waste your time or money. There are much better doctors out there who aren't garbage humans.

I really love her. She hasbeen honest with me. I've always been in good hands with Dr Toor.

Dr Toor is special. Ive trusted her for years. I write this review because i coukd not ask for a better doctor.

I've been going to her for years. Wouldn't want to see anyone else.

I"m 55 - been dealing with Dr's for awhile, either for me or my parents. So I know the system how it works and what generally to expect from them and/or their office personnel. Dr. Toor was a referral from my PCP who I actual trust. When I called to make an appointment I was expecting some date in the future so to speak. So when I asked what the first available was the person said to me: When's a good time for you? What was that I asked - what's good for me? Are you serious? I've never been asked that before. It's usually .... he interrupted and said: We work our schedule around the patient .... I gave a date for the following week in the morning at that was it. That set the tone and from there on I've had nothing but outstanding care and attention paid to me and my health issue. Dr. Toor is a unique and talented Dr. She performed a procedure on me today at Ceders and her bedside manner, her get the job done right was brilliant. I've had Dr's that were… rude uncommunicative. One's that I walked out on during a consultation because of their attitude, or told in the Hospital that I didn't want them around me --- This was my experience and I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Toor was recommended by my surgeon for pre op work. I saw her a total of 3 times in 4 weeks, every time wanting me return for more blood work on everything under the sun possible. She than proceeded to oversell me on vitamins and a Vitamin B 12 shot, which I did not want. Her billing was outrageous and she was so distracted from running in and out of my examining room. She is so anxious to bill, running in and out of rooms while she is still with other patients. When I told her nurse that I do not want a B12 shot, Dr. Toore chased me down the hall and insisted I get the shot. I felt very uncomfortable with this doctor. My head was spinning by the time I left. Very sad that this type of doctor would be connected to a strong hospital, like Cedars Sinai.

Dr toor has been nothing but a life savor to me she is so caring and puts her patients first. She is a very loving person. I was admitted in the hospital on 9-30-13 and she heard i was in hospital and she took the time to come visit me even thought she was busy in her office. I HIGHLY RECOMMOND HER TO ALL PATIENTS. Thank you dr toor

....bad visit, arrogant she even yelled at me!!
