I have had such a pleasant experience with Muse Plastic Surgery. The entire experience from talking to staff, having my consultation, the actual surgery, and everything post-op has been exceptional. Customer service is always #1 for me with any business that I am paying for a service and I have to say that literally every person I’ve come in contact with from Muse has had the most amazing personality. Dr. Lovell was who I chose for my initial consultation. My first impression was that she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I also liked the fact that I didn’t feel like I was “just another number” with her. Every interaction with her is personalized. Dr. Lovell took the time to explain everything to me about the breast reduction that I wanted. She checked on me the night after my surgery, she’s been more than willing to respond to the millions of questions I’ve sent her post-op. I am a little over 3 weeks post-op at the moment and I cannot write a review without mentioning the fact… that Dr. Lovell is a perfectionist in her craft! I probably won’t have full results until the 3 month mark, but I am already so happy with my results. She has transformed my life because I was plagued by chronic back/shoulder pain and now it’s virtually non-existent. Trust and believe that I have found the place for all my surgery needs. After I have children, Muse will most definitely be the place to do my mommy makeover (yes, I’m already thinking about future surgeries. Lol). Her bedside manner is amazing , her skills are impeccable , and she is such a sweetheart. She answers questions without hesitation and always makes me feel comfortable.
