Dr. Sabitha Aligeti

Rude, insensitive, uncaring, aloof and harmfully ignorant. First this "Doctor" scheduled a 9am appointment, then her staff called my wife and said she didn't have an opening until noon. So my wife took the dog for a walk and by the time she got back the "doctor" was calling and then demanded to know why my wife was late to her appointment. She insisted my wife, not her staff, had made the mistake. She was then incredibly short and rude with my wife who has autism and when my wife asked me to help in the meeting, the "doctor" asked if it was because my wife, who she'd been talking to for ten minutes at this point, didn't understand English. In the end she left my wife in tears, said she didn't want to see any patients with autism, and when she offered the name of another doctor, I asked if she could email the information to us. She claimed she didn't know how email worked! Imagine seven years of medial schooling and she still doesn't know how email works. That's either a scathing… indictment of the education system or a sure sign that this "doctor" need to find another profession. She certainly has no business being in charge of other people's mental health.

I had a virtual visit with Sabitha Aligeti today as a new patient. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Prior to my visit I filled out an intake form with my personal details. One would expect that a doctor would read them prior to the New Patient visit however that was not the case with Ms Aligeti. When she joined the call 30 minutes late and the first thing she says is “how May I help you”. My first thought was, WHAT! I don’t know. I was hoping she could tell ME how she can help me, not me telling her how I can be helped. I couldn’t believe she just said that. I asked her if she looked at the intake forms that I filled out and she said no she hasn’t seen them yet. The entire 45 minutes of the call was a waste of time. She cut me off many times. She rushed the entire visit. She didn't even know why I was visiting with her. I have since fired her by requesting another doctor. Lifestance apologized for her unprofessional behavior and set me up an appointment with another doctor

Almost 30 mins late to virtual. She rushed me during the whole appointment. Provide no guidance with my severe needed issues at hand.

Horrible. I got a whole 9 minutes with her for my first appointment after waiting an hour to get in. All she wanted to do was write a prescription. She had no desire to listen to me and couldn't get me out the door quick enough. I was then charged $550 for the priviledge.

Excellent doctor!!

Dr explains clearly about the condition,and how medication works for the condition.she is knowledgeable!!
