Dr. Saboohi Zafar, MD

This lady is very incompetent. She is apart of an online telehealth company and has no idea what she is doing. I had the weirdest experience with her. She listened to none of my concerns of what I mentioned and kept asking me questions lured towards what she wanted to ask. I initially chimed in to chat about anxiety and she never not once acknowledged that. It was so weird. It’s like she was trying to force bipolar and depression on me. She kept asking me weird questions if I had any impulsive behaviors lately, so I said well, maybe extra spending and drinking. Then I mentioned something about anxiety. She never acknowledged that and went on to say, you say that you’ve been spending more lately, tell me a little more about that. So from overspending ,drinking a few margaritas a week, and catching an attitude with my cousin and roommate, I’m potentially bipolar and show signs of suicide. Mind you, she never asked how many drinks i consider a lot. I could be talking about 2 margaritas… a week, but she wouldn’t know because she didn’t ask. And my spending could’ve been $50 extra a month, but she never asked. I mentioned no other mood or attitude . Where is my manic episodes? Just some advice, if you’re not competent in a certain area, just be honest and say that instead of being all the way off. I let a psychiatrist read the chat and he was so confused. He had no idea how and why she took that route. She’s definitely not recommended in the psychological field. Good thing, I’m not easily influenced because she would’ve had me thinking I was bipolar.

It was my first time seeing her and she decided she needed to lecture me about delivering in a birthing center. She told me she wished I had done my research which I did and was already given the okay by an OBGYN & an MFM OB. She went on about how painful and exhausting it was going to be... I was so taken back by her lecturing she made my whole appointment uncomfortable. She was also unprepared, gave me wrong information regarding my insurance, and just over all pushy.

Dr Zafar has always been very patient and understanding with me. Yes she is quiet and not pushy but I for one like that. I ask the questions I want know and she does her best to give me an answer. She is very loaded down with patients and I feel she does very good with what she has.

She does not listen , most of the time cannot explain and if she does i cannot understand her because of her accent , which is alright but if asked to repeat,she gets strange.Has not been able to control my diabetes.I am no more seeing her.

She came in to see me. She act as though she was afrai once did she d to touch me. My first three visits, my blood pressure was extremely high. Not once did she address my blood pressure.I explained to her that I was explaining to her that I was going through menopause and the symptons. She recommende seeinsg a psychiatriast.
