Welcome, I’m Sabra! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and EMDR Certified Therapist. I specialize in treating PTSD by integrating evidence-based EMDR and energy psychology into my work. With a compassionate approach and over two decades of experience in mental health counseling, I've had the privilege of guiding adults and couples towards better mental well-being. My journey began as a Crisis​ ​Intervention​ ​Caseworker​ ​for​ ​Catholic​ ​Social​ ​Service​s, where I supported clients and their families through personalized counseling and services aimed to helping them navigate life's challenges with empathy and understanding. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse clinical settings including employment assistance programs, schools, inpatient, and outpatient services.
