Dr. Sabrina Ovel Falkner, MD

Dr. Falkner was a godsend! Very professional, excellent surgical competence! Warm, caring beside manners! Delighted to call her my OBGYN Doctor!

I met Dr. Falkner in 2002 when I went into labor one week early with my first child. She had only been in this practice for two weeks and I was very nervous to meet her let alone have her deliver my first baby. I arrived at the hospital and she was the doctor on call that night. She was very comforting and reassuring during the entire process. She was very proactive and demonstrated quick decision making skills when faced with the disappearing heart rate of my baby girl while still in the birth canal. She rushed in the room and with the most warm and soft spoken voice and bed side manner she took control of the situation and told me what was going on and what she was going to do. She talked me though everything and delivered my healthy baby girl with no complications!!! I have since experienced an early miscarriage at 12 weeks in 2004 and the loss of a full term baby boy shortly after birth due to a congenital heart defect in 2005. She delivered him emergency C-section and stayed with… him while they worked to stabilize him for his flight to CHOA for immediate heart surgery. We lost him three hours after he was born...and she never left...she cried with me...she hugged me...she was there...the whole time...and she has since delivered my third child in 2010...another very healthy baby girl. She has been through so many happy and sad times with my family and I and she has always taken the time to talk with me and also to listen. She is my doctor...but she is also my friend. I trust her with any and all of my gynecological needs. She is a wonderful doctor and if I could give her ten stars I most certainly would!!!!!

First of all i had to wait two hours for this Dr second when i finally met her and told her about my symptoms she completely blew me off i will not be returning to this clinic again she's nice but its the fact that i felt like she didn't really care about what i was telling her she just wanted to get it over with, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

If you want a doctor that makes you feel like you are wasting her time, then Dr. Falkner is the perfect one.

This will be my last time see Dr. Falkner. She has shown that she does not care about her patients or their concerns. My last visit with her was horrifying. She spent a max of 3 mins in the room and that was consumed with her doing my pap smear. She blew off the issues that I wanted to discuss with her and ran out the room. After that the nurse told me that they were glad they finally finished before 5pm.

Dr. Faulkner performed my c-section with my first son. After the surgery she told me while in recovery and still out out it that she had burned my stomach during surgery. When I finally saw what she burned I felt horrified. 3 inches above my c-section scar was a burnt hole in my stomach that she had cause. Dr. Faulkner never gave me an explanation to what happened. After reading my file I learned that she dropped a bovie cautery surgical instrument on my stomach. During my post op visit she told me to put diaper rash cream on the burn site. The wound got infected, because it kept trying to heal and form a scab onto my underwear. Whenever I had to take a shower, or use the toilet that forming scab would get ripped off. It was a very painful experience. Being a new mother, having to heal from major stomach surgery, and on top of all that I had an infected hole in my stomach. Dr Faulkner, in my eyes is not a competent doctor. Please stay away from her, and her office.

My first attempt to get the 1st pap smears with my family doctor was a total failure. I got scared for 4 months and finally tried the 2nd attempt with Dr. Falkner. She got it done quickly and professtionally. She knows what she is doing basically. Dr. and the staff, Robin, both took time doing the talking part before the procedure to help me relax. I could feel their genuine carings. Big thanks to both of them. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Dr. Falkner is the best doctor that I have ever seen! My first child was a preemie and Dr. Falkner, made my delivery and prenatal care, wonderful. She is a caring, compassionate doctor and I would recommend her without hesitation! If you are lucky enough to have Dr. Falkner as your doctor, you will be extremely satisfied with the care that you receive. Thank you, Dr. Falkner, you are the best!

Dr Falkner is a very caring & thorough Dr, I've been going to her for about 6 years now..AMAZING!

I have been going to this doc for the past 4 or so years. The reason I return is because she made me feel comfortable to begin with. I went to her because I get ovarian cysts. My last experiance with her was awful. I recently got a blood clot from birth control pills.( On Yaz and I'm only 22) My hematologist told me I can never take hormons again or I will develop another blood clot. I went to Dr. Falkner to see what other options I had to deal with my cysts. When she first came in she asked me how long it had been sense I had my baby with her. What?! I've never been pregnant! Then she suggested I got on a different birth control pill. Umm...thats hormones! I tried to make it clear I wasn't comfortable with this and she didn't give me any other options. I left confused and ticked off. I'm not trying to put this doc down, but I feel that was a bit ridiculous. Good Luck!
