Friendly and informative staff. Dr. Nassar is super patient and light handed. I didn't even feel the shots. My whole family goes to Dr Nassar and has always had good experiences.

I have always had great service both with the office staff and with the Dr. Nassar. I recently changed to HMO insurance and had to go with another Dentist in Fresno. Sooo sad to leave such a wonderful office!! wish me luck!!

The dentist is great but the receptionist/financial peson is rude especially over phone when cancelling an appt. she didnot inform me as to the cost of my next appt nor having to pay up front. Guess she believes we live in a world with money on trees. I had to inquire. Please ensure she explains to you thoroughly. When comes to customer service she definitely lacks. I would not mind returning to any of the dentist there but she being the first contact i wont . There are ways to say things to ppl especially customers without sounding rude. Humble yourself it is bc of the clientsbyou get paid.

She is absolutely wonderful! Excellent bedside manner, up-to-date on the latest techniques. I feel very comfortable with her!
