When I could see Dr. Rene she was very helpful and knowledgeable, however, her staff is next to impossible to deal with. After my last appointment, several tests were supposed to be scheduled. They never were and then I could not get a call back from the staff or reach anyone on the phone after trying for a solid month. I am now transferring to a new doctor.

So a LOT of people complain about the wait time. I’m gonna be blunt, you’re going here for a health problem. It’s also likely a very specific, possibly serious health problem because you’re seeing a specialist. NO DOCTOR can really diagnose or help you in ten minutes. They need to spend time talking to you and learning about you. They are trying to find the best treatment plan for YOU. She takes her time because she wants you to have the best care possible. She does this with every patient. She will answer your questions and treat you with respect. I’ve been a patient of Doctor Rene for close to 10 years. In that time she has helped me get my insulin to normal levels and helped me lose weight and improve my life without any stigma or shame. She cares about her patients. I would 100% recommend her to anyone loooking for a straightforward, honest, empathetic, non-judgmental care provider.

I have Been seeing Dr. Rene' for over 8 yrs. and can honestly say she is good in what she do. She's very Professional and do not have time to waste on foolishness, she is strict and is very concern for her patients welfare. She will explain what is wrong and encourage you to do the things that is needed to help maintain your health; she let you know that the problem is serious and that we need to condition our body by exercising if needed and following the guide lines she gives us, she let you know that we play a role in our healing. She gives you hope and that's what I like about her. She is one of the most genuine doctor's in Newnan Ga.

Late for my appointment ,nurses rude,doesn't care!

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I habe ever been to in my life!!!!! Horiable doctors, staff, and overall rudest people I have ever meet.

This doctor is a JOKE. No manners, no expertise, and never ever punctual. The rest of the staff is equally bad. I don't understand how she is still allowed to do this profession.

Dr. Rene is very moody, is very late to every appointment, and her office manager is a bully who supports Dr. Rene at every turn. I waited over an hour for both of my appointments, was not provided a referral as promised after the first appointment, and then treated even more poorly after I told Dr. Rene I was unhappy with the wait time and thought she did not respect my time or me. She then refused to provide a referral and declined being my Dr.

I have been going to Dr. Rene for 12 years and I would not change for any reason! She is easy to talk to and she makes sure you understand about your illness and treatment and medication. She is so kind, and spends as much time as you need her to. I never feel rushed or like I am asking her a stupid question. She puts you at ease and lets you know she cares. Michelle, her nurse, is very understanding and easy to talk to you as well. I would travel to wherever Dr. Rene moved, if she did. I don't want to see another dr.

This practice should close and dr rene should never call herself "doctor" again. Everyone is terrible in there. One time I was waiting to schedule my next appointment and the lady was talking to her colleague. I waited patiently and once she was done she turned to me, stopped smiling and scheduled my appointment as if I was wasting her time. The other lady in the front desk, once I complained once because I was disappointed they never called me for my results, she threatened me she would call the police. And dr rene herself...the least responsible person I have ever met in my life. She shows no concern for your situation at all. Don't ever go there!

Checked in at 1:45 Dr. Rene finally came in to see me at 3:30. Spent 7 minutes with me. Thats a pretty good gig to have. She needs to thank me for helping pay for her BMW at least.
