This office is an absolute nightmare to deal with, particularly the incompetent and disrespectful people at the front desk. They NEVER return calls to your pharmacy, they rarely return patient calls, and they treat the patients like little children. It sickened me every time to hear the way they would talk to people in the office, just so condescending and flat-out rude. The doctor refuses to authorize refills—even on medications that you've been taking consistently for well over a year or longer—unless you schedule an appointment every 60 days and waste your time so she can collect more money. And it can take WEEKS to get an appointment. I honestly can't believe they're even still in business.

Dr. Sandoval seemed nice the one time I met her, but the office staff is very disorganized and unprofessional. They rarely check voicemails and often don't return calls or emails at all. My pharmacy has had a lot of difficulty getting them to respond to requests for refills, causing me to be without medication. When I emailed Dr. Sandoval and asked if I could make an appointment with her to discuss the issues I was having - she refused to see me! When I asked her why - she just never responded. Weird - but not surprising considering the hostile and unprofessional atmosphere of the practice in general.

Dr. Sabrina Walker is a wonderful professional. I recommend her to anyone seeking a honest, kind, warm-hearted doctor. I hate to see her go to a different location. With shortages of good doctors, we need a doctor that is very good with patients and with office staff. Excellent experience compared to all doctors I have had in the past.
