A doctor who truly cares

I went to see Dr. Sachi for acute jaw pain. I could hardly open my month and very difficult to chew. She took the time to explained to me everything and gave me some medication and exercises to do. I then went back for a follow up visit in a week and the pain was a lot better. She then gave me the option to have an injection which she did. The very next day the pain was all most gone and I have not had any further pain since. Best medical care I ever had from a Dr. & her Assistant.

Since day one when I met doctor Sashi she was attentive, caring, knowledgeable, reassuring, and friendly . I have been her patient over two years. I trust her completely. I have seen many doctors after my accident but the only one that really cared about my well being is Dr. Sashi. She has stood by me fighting the workman's comp. system making sure I get the treatment needed. She is my miracle doctor (sort of like my guardian Angel). THANK YOU Dr. Sashi !!

Dr. Sachi and her staff are absolutely amazing. Dr. Sachi took her time evaluating my pain and provided me with a treatment plan on my first visit. Her team handled all of the insurance approvals and I quickly began treatment. Within weeks I finally felt better than I have in several years. Dr. Sachi's understanding of my issues and the best treatments saved me from taking a medical leave of absence from work. I am so grateful to have finally found a doctor who could help me.

Simply the Brightest & Best...and on my A Team! I sought out & then came to Dr Bradley Eli after a 40+ year TMJ issue which had worsened, however, with no headaches &/or migraines to date. He made (2) lower splints which I wear during the day and at night. As his practice expanded, Dr Eli hired Dr Sachi Mehrotra and what a wonderful full addition she is!!! She is extremely bright, highly-educated & knowledgeable & thorough. Along with Physical Therapy ordered by my Family & Sports Medicine physician, Dr Eli's & Dr Mehrotra's treatments have worked.

No issues with the Dr. I had terrible issues with the scheduling staff- my visit had to be rescheduled and there was very little availability. When trying to find me an appointment the staff member became frustrated and yelled at me, saying I wasn’t being flexible because I didn’t want to go to the sorrento valley location. She also became frustrated again when I reminded her my appointment had already been pushed and my insurance approval would be running out. This is not my fault yet the staff member acted like I was intentionally being difficult with making the appointment.
