Dr. Sachidanand Dayanand Kamtam, MD

His staff is unfriendly and uncaring. I don't feel as though they gave my son the care he needed. We were on vacation in Ireland and my son forgot one of his medications. We had no way of paging the doctor or anyone in the office to tell us how many milligrams he was on because Kamtam works for multiple offices. His receptionist was extremely uncaring and rude -but only after it took us 2 days to get in touch with someone. I would not recommend his practice to anyone.

Well I have to say that Dr. Kamtam seriously needs to consider when he gives his patients prescriptions let them know any side effects. My fiance and I went to see him a few days ago and he called in an Rx to our pharmacy. First he called the wrong one and second when my fiance took the medicine it DID NOT WORK. I'm sorry Dr.Kamtam, I'm saying it like it is. You almost sent my fiance to the ER again and if that were to happen I would have come after YOU! We will be asking to see another doctor if you don't wise up.

this Dr spends at the most, ever, 10 mins with me.. he reads questions off a paper and I he doesn't listen to what I say or my concerns. He also does not me what to expect with the medications he is scripting me.. there are better choices out there!

One visit with this doctor was more than enough for me! Seemed disgusted with me too, one of my diagnosed medical conditions is fibromyalgia, seems to be one of those doctors that doesn't believe it is a real illness. This guy scares me! I will be finding another doctor!

I found dr Kamtam's demeanor condescending and abrupt. I waited in a super crowded waiting room for nearly an hour after my appointment was scheduled. I felt like he wasn't listening to what I was saying at all. Poor poor bedside manner almost like he was indifferent.

Dr. Kamtam was rude and impolite towards me and seemed almost disgusted at my history of substance abuse. I am a recovering addict who was seeking mental health treatment from him. After a mixup involving a prescription he wrote for me I tried to contact him for a week and a half. During this time I was without my medication due to his mistake in writing my prescription. The staff at his office left him message after message asking him to call me. Then after experiencing some serious side effects from a different medication I tried contacting him again. I was considering going to the E.R. because of how sick I felt. Again the staff left him messages, and again he failed to call me back. In my opinion Dr. Kamtam has absolutely no regard for my wellbeing as a patient, and acts as if I disgust him. He seemed to think I was unintelligent and questioned me with suspicion after I used the word "manic" in a session with him. He seemed to think that only psychiatrists should know words like… these and seemed offended that I have done my own research into bipolar depression and anxiety. All in all I feel insulted and disregarded by this man.
