If I could give zero stars, I would. This "ortho" is dangerous & has no idea what he is doing. This guy should not have a license to practice medicine. My Dad shattered his ULNA bone & was seen at ER. This "doctor" discharged him & said no surgery needed while my dad was still profusely bleeding w/a shattered bone and on blood thinners. Took Dad to another ER and they said the exact opposite, he needs emergency surgery and should have had surgery day of injury. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!

Dr Patel is a wonderful orthopedic surgeon. He gave my husband a new shoulder about 6 years ago and it has functioned perfectly..... My husband is 76 and still bowls! I have been in to see him for a shoulder issue and he always makes me feel like I am his only patient. The Dr is a kind, patient and understanding person. He always asked about how my husband is doing! The staff is exceptional too!

Direct and right to the problem.

Dr. Patel diagnosed our son with a torn ACL and possibly more damage once he gets in there. Although, ...our son was 18 years old he spoke and directed conversation to both our son and me. He was very professional and took his time pointing out the mri findings. Dr. Patel explained and gave our son peace of mind that if he followed direction on all treatment he would be fine. Not ever having surgery, our son felt he was in good hands and walked out with a positive perspective for recovery.

He might be a good doctor, but he doesn't stay in the room long enough for one to find out. He also doesn't listen.
