Would not recommend - poor communicator and her staff is terrible. Too bad no option to give zero ****s.

Dr. O was great. It took me a while to find someone who took my insurance and was available for an new patient appointment. She was down to earth and helped me understand what was going on with me. She relocated so I’m trying to find another doc.

Dr O was very kind and understanding of my needs. I took her advice and am seeing results as I get better. Best doctor experience yet.

I cannot directly respond to the disparaging review above, so I will comment in this review: It's unfortunate that your experience was less than satisfactory and did not meet your expectations. Discussing weight loss for an overweight/obese patient can be uncomfortable. Sometimes the sense of judgement and condemnation may be magnified by a patient's own insecurities in spite of my best efforts to build rapport and make him/her feel at ease. However, as a board-certified physician it is my duty to recommend lifestyle modifications when indicated in order to optimize treatment response. Such lifestyle modifications include smoking cessation, sleep hygiene, well-balanced diet and regular exercise; all of these I likely discussed with you as I do with all of my patients. Our agency takes patient satisfaction very seriously. In reference to your affirmative action remakes: At least eight years of rigorous medical training and national standardized testing is required to become a board… certified psychiatrist. Although I was admitted to medical schools on my own merit, it is reckless to insinuate that a board certified physician who benefited from affirmative action is any less competent than one who benefited from wealth, contacts or any other privilege or advantage. If you truly feel you were prescribed medication that is contraindicated for your medical condition, please submit a formal complaint so that this matter can be investigated.
