Sade' Patterson

Sade' Patterson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in mental health. Within her time of service, 5 Years have been focused on Military Service Members & Families. Currently as a psychotherapist, Sade' provides services to both, civilians and service members. Sade' is dedicated to continuing to grow, enjoys discovering innovative ways to serve those in need and considers herself as a dedicated lifelong learner.

Her clients describe her as an authentic, compassionate, and encouraging therapist who educates, provides a safe space for them to express themselves, and be understood. Sade's baseline and foundation for providing therapy is to have an unconditional-positive-therapeutic regard for her clients, while using a variety of modalities to include CBT, REBT, Psychodynamic, Strengths Perspective and Person-Centered therapies. Sade' is thorough, engaging, thoughtful, hopeful and at times, challenging (when necessary). It is her goal to help those she serves …to discover their higher self, increase peace and accept joy. Sade' specializes in working with people who need guidance in the process to find their voice, recognize self-worth, rewire negative thinking patterns, increase hope, secure internal and external motivators, heal and thrive (living beyond survival)! Sade' believes clients are the experts on their own situation and uses active listening skills to assist them in the process to find their strengths and skills.

In her spare time, Sade' enjoys warm cups of tea, painting, listening to music, hiking, dance, reading, fashion and spending time with family & friends. She values integrity, honesty, hard-work and education. As a social servant, it her desire to assist individuals, families, groups and organizations meet their desired goals with emphasis in holistic wellness.
