Dr. Sadesh Kumar

My husband and I became patients of Dr. Kumar's in 2016, when we moved to Melbourne. The care we received was so outstanding that we've recommended him to many of our friends and even family. My mother, who has had terrible dental experiences her whole life, decided to try him based entirely on my recommendation. Her review is below: "While I was visiting family in Melbourne, my daughter shared her raving kudos of her dentist, Dr. Kumar, and his team. I decided to try him out and called to make an appointment with Dr. Kumar. My first experience included being impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment and the very nice & gentle technicians. Afterwards, Dr. Kumar reviewed the X-Rays, checked and explained thoroughly why I needed work on one molar and nothing more. He is soft spoken and gentle in his conversation and was willing to take the time to explain everything. I mentioned that I have return tickets in a week and if he can finish the work by that time I can get the work started… that day. Dr. Kumar immediately called his supplier/contractor for the items and arranged everything for me. He personally checked on the supplier a few times and made calls to rush the shipment before I had to leave. Additionally, I did not have insurance. When I told him I cannot afford the quoted price he clearly demonstrated that he cares more for the patient than the money. Over my lifetime, I have been to many dentists in several states. But I have never met anyone who is as good as Dr. Kumar and his team. The efficiency of the staff, the care of the Doctors, not only Dr. Kumar but Dr. Tran as well, was beyond my expectations. At that point, I made the decision to fly to Melbourne from Houston for all of my future dental work."

I have been going to a dentist all my life. I am a retired engineer and have found a truly gifted dental surgeon in Melbourne, Florida. DMD Sadesh Kumar, a Doctor of Dental Medicine, that does dental implants, periodontal procedures, regular and specialized dentistry. I was in need of a dental implant. Since implants are complex and expensive, I sought the counseling and the estimates of three dentists. I found Doctor Kumar to be my best choice and his estimate was fair and reasonable. He impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to discuss the implant procedure with me. The level at which Doctor Kumar cares for his patients was beyond what I had previously experienced. He makes an extra effort to care for his patients and puts their needs first. He attended to me and other patients, working well beyond his normal work schedule, working past closing times and weekends, to take care of us. His office, Wickham Dental Care, has state-of-the-art equipment.… Equipment and procedures more advanced than what I have seen in other dentist offices. His office is staffed with very friendly, knowledgeable, professional people. It was enjoyable to be in a friendly environment with people that cared about my well being. I would recommend Doctor Kumar to my friends and family. My wife and I have both received excellent dental care from Doctor Kumar over the past months since becoming his patient.
