My health is safe in this primary care office. Love this doctor and staff for many years.

Front office personnel were very obtuse to rude to down right ignoring patients that were waiting over 2 hours as my appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am and she didn't show up till 1:45pm, then after reviewing bloodwork dr gives me scripts to see specialist as cholesterol levels and glucose levels were highly elevated. No follow up was given. Then 5 days later office personnel called to inform my labs were normal when in fact they were not. Changed PCP as soon as we hung up the phone. Don't reccomend her whatsoever.

This woman is the WORST excuse for a doctor I have ever been to. Staff is incompetant and lazy. She only cares about your money. I originally saw her for script renewal (non-narcotic) but when I did have an issue she did nothing! No compassion, no caring, doesn't listen to your concerns. COLD AS ICE. Last visit (and I do mean last) she raised the visit cost from 75 to 100 dollars without notice (I am self pay, unable to afford insurance and she takes advantage) and wanted 300 to fill out some forms I needed. Will be reporting to the AMA. I was told Wellcare recomends this office and they should really investigate the way she treats patients. Her exam consists of putting a stethoscope on your chest...that's IT. Please go somewhere else.

Everyone in office is unprofessional. I get anxiety attacks every time I have an appt. with Dr Shah. I feel that she doesn't want to be there and doesn't listen to what you're explaining to her. She doesn't get prescriptions right. She doesn't follow-up, and doesn't show any interest in getting me healthier. I always have to call her 3 or 4 times to have her do anything. She rarely is at office and reception only tells you she's out and can't be reached and will not try to remedy situation or help in any way. I've had requests that Dr. Shah will ignore and then she's out the following week. There is never any doctor to fill in for her. Dr. Shah will just leave you and your health hanging. I have so many complaints I can't list them all. I never write reviews but I feel I need to share this with others.

Not patient friendly. Consistently writes prescriptions incorrect. Hard to reach when this happens. Currently seeking new primary doctor.

BRIAN (THE MANAGER) IS TERRIBLE AT HIS JOB, DOES NOT FOLLOW UP WITH PATIENTS OR THEIR CARE

Poor bedside manner seemed like going to a fast food restaurant instead of a doctors office. Very curt and non caring. Had to wait months for an appointment and follow up. Wear some shoes I don't want to see your feet in a doctors office.

The worst doctor I have ever been to!!!! Wait time was over an hour for an appointment because she hadn't arrived yet, only for her to come in the room, barely spoke to me and then left 5 minutes later. Said they sent my prescription, which I need to take everyday. One week later I still never received my refill and had to call multiple times only to get the run around from staff. Don't waster your time with her.

I would not recommend this so called doctor to my worst enemy. She has no bed side manner and she does not communicate very well as to the plan of treatment to the patient or the family. She prescribed a type of blood pressure medicine for my wife right after she was discharged from Mease Countryside Hospital that almost put her back in the Hospital. She refused to sign off on her discharge and she had no clue as to why and then when my wife was discharged the nurse had to track her down because she discharge forms. The woman has no clue and if you are ever admitted to Mease Countryside Hospital or Florida Hospital or Medical Center of Trinity and she is assigned as your attending physician you need to do all you can to refuse and demand they change it to another doctor.

DR SHAH WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A RELIABLE DOCTOR
