Dr. Sadia Iftikhar was unhelpful. Every time I came in she would treat me like I was paranoid. When I expressed that i was feeling discomfort in my abdomen and it continued to grow over time, she suggested it was gas. When I went for an endoscopy with another doctor, they asked me if I knew I had fibroids. When I brought that to Dr. Iftikhar's attention, she told me I wouldn't have to worry about it until I got pregnant. I left her and went to another doctor, taking my records with me. That doctor told me I had many fibroids (over 50), the largest one the size of a grapefruit and that I should go into surgery right away. She also told me that Dr. Iftikhar had written notes in my file about me being paranoid.
