Dr. Saeed Ahmed, MD

This doctor is absolutely HORRIBLE. First of all, I have nothing against middle eastern people but I know he went to school here and he fully understands the English language; he just chooses not to listen. My fiancée was in such intense pain from a recent car accident that he almost cried in the examining room, when the "doctor" bent his right leg a certain way my fiancée screamed. That was the end of the exam. The "doctor" told him he would give him something for pain, a muscle relaxer, and something to help him sleep. I am a dental hygienist who has also worked as a dental assistant for many years at an endodontic office and I knew the medication the "doctor" was trying to prescribe him was a joke for the amount of pain he was in. I asked for something stronger that would actually work. He clearly said yes but then only wrote out an rx for pain medicine and ultram, which is a non-narcotic pain medicine. On top of that he wrote them on 2 different Rx sheets of paper! We trusted… that he wrote out what he said he would, brought the 2 Rx papers to the pharmacy with his illegible handwriting and got the news that there were only the 2 prescriptions for pain. I called that "doctors" office back so fast, got the run around and finally got on the phone with him and asked him;"HOW COULD YOU LIE TO A PATIENT ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE PRESCRIBING HIM WHEN HE WAS CLEARLY IN SUCH INTENSE PAIN, HE COULD NOT EVEN WALK NORMALLY!!!!" He tried to argue with me but soon found out I knew what I was talking about and asked RUDELY "what is the pharmacy number", I gave it to him and he then had the nerve to say "I won't do this again". I actually laughed before I hung up. As if we would EVER return to see him again. I wouldn't recommend this "doctor" to my worst enemy.
