Dr. Saeid Safaee-Semiromi, MD

After several months of experience, and with all due respect to some of the kind employees that I know in this office, I have to unfortunately rate the lowest possible as an overall rating for this office. I'm not trying to judge or blame anyone: I just want others to not have the same experience when they look for a good medical office online. Let me explain why I think my opinion is justified. When I was referred to this office, first I was told that my appointment would be with a nurse practitioner. I called and asked if I could see the doctor, and not a nurse practitioner. They said - only after I meet with the nurse practitioner first. Then, after two appointments with the nurse practitioner, he said I had asthma. I started using medication for asthma, only to find out later that my diagnosis was wrong. Basically, I didn't have asthma, and my stress and all the medication consumed was at least unnecessary. Eventually, I saw Dr. Saeid Safaee, and honestly, had a very good… impression. He sent me to a second test, and because of my respect to his professionalism, I spent so much time and energy getting that test. The test needed to be done in a special facility, and it took months for me to finally do that. After all, guess what? I come back to Dr. Safaee's office for my scheduled appointment - now to find out that they don't accept my insurance any more. Shockingly, nobody had ever warned me so that I could find another doctor during this period of time, or at least didn't postpone my other important staff for this appointment. And by the way, every day is very important to me and my health condition. I feel really frustrated and betrayed. And they didn't even apologize for any of the issued they had caused to me. ... Long story short, it's unbelievable! They are simply lucky I'm not one of those people who would file a lawsuit or complaint to the medical board. Just think twice before contacting this office.

I am a registered nurse and have worked along side many doctors. I have found Dr. Safaee to be exceptional as a knowledgeable and caring doctor. He does not rush you thru his examination and consultation but takes the time to cover all your questions and gives you solid information about the condition you are there to see him about.

Dr. Safaee is a caring Dr. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care.

I was disappointed with my first consultation. He was rude. I never had such experience in 30 years in seeing a doctor.

As a quality nurse I have been very picky and expect a lot from physicians and their offices. The facility is pristine, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Safaee was welcoming, informative, and very assuring. Definitely a place I Would recommend to peers and patients.

During a time of great distress for my family and I Dr. Safaee provided us with the best of both medical knowledge and kindness. I wish I all doctors could take a page out of his book. He gives you straight answers and doesn't beat around the bush like others I have dealt with. I am grateful for our experience.

Throughout my visit Dr. Safaee was very caring, sincere, and helpful. The care I received was more than I was expecting and I cannot recommend more highly!

Dr. Safaee treated me for 2 Pulmonary Embolisms and was very thorough, caring, compassionate and I just fell in love with him. He continues to follow me and has always been the epitomy of a caring MD. I would recommend anyone to him. His staff is also genuinely caring and way above average.

My visit with Dr. Safaee was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, confident and patient. I saw multiple doctors for my problem and never got better but after starting to see Dr. Safaee I recovered quickly. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him.
