Dr. Dous is great and the staff is friendly

He is the worst Dr ever, I wouldn't send anyone ever to him. He has made my 97 year old mother very ill. She has severe arthritis in her legs for years and,she has been taking hydrocodone for years. He drastically cut her medicine cold turkey for no reason dropped her pills to hardly anything making my mom have severe withdrawals. He to us is a horrible Dr and on our opinion should not be practicing medicine. Health care partners needs to drop him from the network

Having received repeated mailings, phone calls, urgent communications regarding the importance of scheduling pap tests, mamograms and colonoscopy screenings - I finally followed up and had a mamogram. Today, after receiving numerous communications regarding an urgent follow-up appointment I was summarily dismissed and told my "doctor" refused to authorize the screening. Furthermore I was told that my doctor didn't even exist - even though Dr. Manard/Dr. Dous authorized the inital screening. I spent all day calling to resolve the matter - and was unable to communicate with any responsible person. On a bright note - the phone team is super sweet and tries - really against all odds to be helpful curteous and kind.
