Outstanding and compassionate doctor .friendly and amazing staff

parking is difficult, staff is rude, office is dated, and the doc himself is so cheap that he turns off his fax machine and won't mail anything to his patients (is postage that big of an expense?). Overbooks patients, but so does everyone else. About the only positive I experienced was relative ease of getting an appointment.

Dr. Shaker He’s the best of the best Doctor I have ever seen. I’m under his care since 2001 & I feel lucky that friend of mine told me to go there. He cares about his patients and gives an excellent treatment and care. I feel comfortable talking to him and tell him everything about my health problems. He always gives me an Excellent advice & treatment. He never made a mistake on Trigger the right treatment for me and my health. He’s always on the top of his Business and always on time no matter How’s the weather. Thank you Dr. shaker for taking care of me and caring about me for over Than 17 yrs. My regular PCP retired, I was recommended to Dr Shaker by one of my long time specialists. My husband and myself were greeted by Dr Shaker and his staff in a very professional and friendly way. Dr Shaker was attentive, LISTENED to our health complaints and acted accordingly. We have seen him a few times already and we are very happy to be his patients now.

I finally decided to change this doctor. He really does not take his time with me and does not explain what's going on inside my body. He does not let me speak and leaves me with unanswered question. Also his brother seen me a couple of times when I was admmited in holy name hospital and his brother was beyond rude and way worst. I finally found a doctor that is helping me and actually cares what he does. This doctor seemed really annoyed when I came to visit him instead of helping me. His follow up are fine but his answer are horrible.

I came to dr. Shaker at my lowest point. I felt fever and bone pains. His staff was quick and competent. The dr.was compassionate and friendly. He listened to my problems with much attention. Highly recommended

Poor bed side manners, never calls the hospital back to follow up on his patient.does not spend the time to explain to his patients the condition. Interrupt you when you speak and does not listen to your complaint
